SIBU: Members of the Malaysia-China Chamber of Commerce Women Entrepreneurs (Sarawak Branch) are on their way to Hainan, China to attend an entrepreneurship conference.

Eighteen women members led by Charter Chairman Jamie Tiew Yen Houng will attend the conference from Oct 18 to 21.

According to Tiew in a press statement today (Oct 15), participants from all over China will meet the women entrepreneurs from Sarawak to foster closer working ties with each other.

She stated that the conference’s speakers were from China.

“This will be the start of many more mutual trips and working relationships between the Chinese participants and the Sarawak women entrepreneurs,” Tiew added.
