SRI AMAN: Deputy Minister of Education, Innovation and Talent Development II Datuk Francis Harden Hollis conducted a site visit for the Pesta Benak 2022 with members of the organising committee today.

According to Sarawak Public Communication Unit (UKAS), the Simanggang assemblyman was briefed on the stage layout and programme by the Public Works Department (JKR) Sri Aman.

Harden revealed that this year’s Pesta Benak will feature a brand new look and atmosphere with the ambience of Sri Aman Riverbank that has been upgraded.

After the visit, he attended the main committee meeting and was briefed by each sub-committee on estimated expenditure and funding sources involving the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC), Ministry of Youth, Sports and Entrepreneur Development Sarawak and Sarawak Tourism Board (STB).
