Tanjong Batu assemblyman, Johnny Pang Leong Ming, said  mobile counters had also been established in several locations in the Tanjong Batu area to make it easier for people to submit their complaints.

“We have established a mobile counter in the Tanjong Batu area for the convenience of the public and for us to collect their complaints or feedback.

“This is also  to help them and solve the issues,” he said.

Pang also encouraged Tanjong Batu voters to visit his Facebook page to find out the location of this service counter, or visit the Tanjong Batu Service Center if they have any complaints or problems.
