MIRI: A hornets’ nest was removed safely from a tree next to a house in Ocean Park here yesterday (May 29).
The Miri Civil Defence Force (APM) despatched four personnel to the house after being alerted to the dangerous find.
The operation to remove the nest started at 7.17 pm and ended 15 minutes later. APM personnel used insecticide to neutralise the insects.
