MIRI: Seven firefighters from the Batu Niah Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) were dispatched to remove a tree that had fallen along Jalan Sepupok, Batu Niah near here.
According to Miri Bomba chief Supt Law Poh Kiong, the tree had blocked half of the road.
“Firefighters rushed to the site at about 7.39am, Monday (Feb 14) following an emergency call regarding the matter.”
They cut and removed the tree and the operation ended at about 8.16am.
