KUCHING: A total of 600 packs of ‘bubur lambuk’ were distributed to the public during the Padiberas Nasional Bhd (Bernas) programme in conjunction with Ramadan at Bazaar Aidilfitri Satok here on Tuesday (April 26).

“I have decided to hold this ‘bubur lambuk’ programme together with Kelab Bernas, and we were able to prepare 600 packs to be distributed in the most strategic location we could think of, which is Bazaar Aidilfitri Satok,” she told the media.

The ‘bubur lambuk’ was distributed to Bernas staff in Kuching, members of the public visiting Bazaar Aidilfitri Satok as well as traders there.

Meanwhile, answering questions regarding Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg’s statement on several Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) MPs having expressed their intentions not to contest in the 15th General Election, Rohani said that she was unsure about the matter.

However, the Batang Lupar MP said she was informed that there was a possibility that there were MPs who had expressed their intentions and if Abang Johari had made such a statement, then that was the situation.
