KUALA LUMPUR: Biomicrogels Group (BMG), which makes enhanced oil extraction products, has announced the implementation of two new products, Biomicrogel BMG-C4 and BMG-SPO, in palm oil factories across the country.

In a statement today, BMG said these products form a single solution that easily integrates into the technological process and positively impacts oil extraction by significantly increasing productivity, reducing losses, and improving economic viability.

“The biodegradability of these products reinforces the company’s commitment to sustainable practices,” it said.

Business development director Igor Temirov said these products have been developed to optimise existing palm oil extraction processes that have remained relatively unchanged for the last 50 years.

“Our products work at all the stages of the production process in the mills by increasing the extraction of palm oil, reducing the extraction time, and minimising losses and water consumption. The mills can expect to add more than US$500,000 (US$1=RM4.66) annually to their operating profit,” he said.

According to BMG, the company has also accumulated significant expertise in the palm oil production field such as providing engineers for consultations.

“This support extends to all stages of cooperation, collecting and analysing technological data, installation and commissioning works, optimisation parameters, and post-warranty service,” it added. – Bernama
