SIBU: A 35-year-old male driver had to be pulled out of his seat by Mukah Fire and Rescue Station (BBP Mukah) personnel yesterday following an accident at Mukah Selangau Road here.
He was said to be involved in an accident after the car that he was driving together with two passengers rammed into the back of a lorry carrying charcoal loads and then skidded to the side of the road.
The Fire and Rescue Department’s (Bomba) operation centre (PGO) received the accident’s report at 8.08am.
The victim was later rushed to Mukah Hospital.
Meanwhile, the two other passengers were sent to the Mukah Hospital by members of the public.
The operation ended at 9.08am.
