KUCHING: People are encouraged to participate in a noble cause by donating blood at various drives across the city.
“Blood O so needed! Type O is the most requested by hospitals and is often in short supply,” said the Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) Blood Bank Centre in a statement.
A special appeal is made for donations at the Centre from 9 am to 2 pm tomorrow (Feb 24), supported by Cahaya Mata Sarawak (CMS).
Simultaneously, the Spiritual Assembly of the Bahai of Kuching South City is organising a drive at Emart Tabuan Jaya, from 10 am to 3 pm.
Continuing the effort, the Federation of Chinese Youth is organising another opportunity for donors at the Hills Shopping Mall from 9 am to 2.30 pm on Feb 25.
