Conference to bring together local, international human capital experts

KUALA LUMPUR: HRD Corp, an agency under the Ministry of Human Resources will organise the National Human Capital Conference & Exhibition (NHCCE) 2023, themed ‘Pioneering Growth, Inspiring Change’ on Oct 30-31.

Human Resources Minister V. Sivakumar said NHCCE 2023 will serve as a platform for stakeholders from across industries to come together, exchange insights, and chart a course towards a more robust and dynamic workforce ecosystem.

He said the conference and exhibition also will play a significant role in shaping a new discourse for talent development as modern and innovative human capital development are essential for sustainable economic growth

“This event will foster collaboration, encourage innovation, and provide a great space for thought-provoking discussions on the trends and strategies that will shape the future of human capital in our country.

“Therefore, I urge all Malaysians to take this opportunity and join NHCCE 2023. Together, we can bring our beloved country to greater heights,” he said during the soft launch of the NHCCE 2023 here yesterday.

Earlier, HRD Corp chief executive Datuk Shahul Dawood in his speech said NHCCE 2023 which will be held at Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) will feature 400 leading exhibitors.

He said HRD Corp will also present 30 world-renowned figures in the field of human capital, progressive-minded Human Resource (HR) practitioners and experts in the field.

“NHCCE 2023 will see figures such as Dave Ulrich who is often considered the father of modern Human Resources (HR), Learning and Performance Institute chairman Dr Donald H Taylor as well as local industry leaders such as School of Ultimate Learning managing director Ann Osman and many others,” he said.

Meanwhile, entrance passes to NHCCE are also open at a price of RM2,500 for a Standard Pass, Government Pass for civil servants (RM1,800), Student Pass (RM500) while the Group Pass (RM 2,250) is for at least three participants.

The International Pass for overseas delegations is sold at US$1,000 for Standard Pass and US$900 per person for Group Pass, with a minimum of three delegates. – BERNAMA
