“During my journey this time, I also did community services with the villagers along my route.
“Moreover, I was also invited to give motivational talks to school students aimed at getting them to always think positively and strive to achieve their goals.
“Among the places that I went to included Kampung Temedalu Kuching, SK Kampung Baru Bintulu, and SMK Lutong Miri,” he said, adding that his journey was accompanied by Kelab Basikal Lipat Kuching.
He said this during the cyclists’ celebratory event held at Hauss Zon C Wireless Walk Miri Station recently.
Meanwhile, Miri Division Resident Abdul Aziz Yusuf who was present during the event also expressed his support towards the journey.
“We really encourage this kind of activity to be held so that more youth from the countryside and Miri city can engage in these fitness activities,” he said.
