KUCHING: The Democratic Action Party (DAP) is not qualified to speak on behalf of Sarawakians. This is an opinion of the supporting board chief of the Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party (Parti Islam Se-Malaysia — PAS) Sarawak, Achau Mujah.

“DAP was the only component party of Pakatan Harapan (PH) that went on the attack when PAS president and his delegates met with Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg last Tuesday,” he said in a statement issued last Saturday.

Achau further advised Sarawakians that they must be able to discern between glass and gem clearly as the DAP has long undermined the country’s multi-racial system and good inter-racial relations.

“That is why GPS should take advantage of the existing weaknesses in PH. The refusal of GPS to cooperate with PAS in this matter will be detrimental to the Sarawak Bumiputera majority,” he said.
