Driver unhurt in self-accident in Bintulu

BINTULU: A 25-year-old man was involved in a self-accident on a road near the PLKN Similajau Camp here today.
 
According to the state Fire and Rescue Department, they received a distress call at 11.51am about the accident.
 
Upon reaching the location, it was found that the car had skidded off the road and the victim was unharmed.
 
After sizing up the victim, the team installed a cervical collar to stabilise him and removed him from the driver’s side.
 
The victim was then handed over to the medical team for further action.
 
The operation ended at 12.25pm.
