BAU: A contractor and his wife were tied up by four masked men armed with knives at 3.00am in their house at Taman Senggi here, yesterday.
The couple and their eight-month-old son were unharmed but their cash, valuables, four-wheel-drive vehicle and car were taken away.
According to the victims, the robbers entered the house through a side window by cutting the metal grilles.
Once inside, the robbers woke up the couple who were sleeping in their bedroom and tied them up with electric cables before ransacking the house.
After the robbers left, the victims managed to free themselves and called for help.
The contractor later lodged a police report.
