S INGER Han Bom, who kept her pregnancy a secret, has reportedly given birth and is currently recovering.
According to MBN, she would be leaving the trot survival show, “Hyun Yuk Ga Wang”, to focus on her recovery.
The surprising news comes as she was a strong contender in the competition, with reports revealing she was already nine months pregnant during filming.
Han Bom hid her pregnancy to avoid losing shows and performances. “I’ve been singing as a duet for the past 9 months. I thought if I revealed that I was pregnant, I would lose out on performances and shows. I’ve been performing while hiding my belly,” she said.
She is now healthy and recovering after canceling all her schedules. Han Bom, who debuted in 2010, gained fame after appearing in the 2020 trot competition, “Last Chance”.
