Welfare, Community Wellbeing, Women, Family and Childhood Development Minister

TYT wanted Sarawakians to see their multi-culturalism and multi-ethnicity as a unique characteristic that needs to be treasured. He believes each community has a role to play in forging a united and harmonious Sarawak. He also sees the importance of women representation at the decision-making level which has resulted in an increase in the number of women politicians as assemblywomen and MPs.

Datuk Seri Dr Stephen Rundi Utom

Utilities Minister

Pehin Sri can be seen as a unifying factor in the stability and prosperity enjoyed by Sarawakians now. Economic development has been envisioned by him to be the focus of the Sarawak government after his retirement from politics when he took over as the governor, as prior to stepping down, he had set a target for Sarawak to be the richest state in Malaysia by the year 2030.

May Tun Taib be blessed with good health and wellbeing in life. Tun Taib is not only the head of the state but also the father of development for Sarawak. During his tenure as chief minister, Tun Taib brought about many changes in various aspects of development. Apart from that, the unity of the multi-racial community is also the core of Tun Taib’s success in developing Sarawak.
