KUCHING: Miri Hospital is seeking public assistance to locate the family members or the next of kin of a patient known as Drahim Timin, aged 59.
Admitted on July 15, he is currently in the Male Medical Ward.
According to a statement from Miri Hospital, the patient received additional treatment without the presence of any family members and any personal documentation.
It is only known that his last address was at Tudan Desaras, Phase 6, Miri.
The hospital added that its attempts to contact the patient’s family members had been to no avail. Due to his health problems, he could not provide the telephone number of the next of kin or close relatives to inform about his condition.
So far, the hospital has no further information pertaining to Drahim’s family members and his background.
Thus, Miri Hospital is seeking the help of the public who may know the patient or his next of kin to immediately come to Miri Hospital or contact the officer handling the case at the Department of Medical Social Work at 085-460633 during office hours (Monday to Friday) or go directly to the Male Medical Ward, Miri Hospital urgently.
