International collaboration, intervention for children with neurodisabilities

Participants of the dialogue which aimed at enhancing the well-being of children with neurodisablilities.

MIRI: More than 20 professionals and stakeholders gathered to attend a health talk and presentation on “Advances in Therapeutic Intervention for Children with Neurodisabilities,” held at a leading hotel here on Monday.

The talk showcased cutting-edge research and encouraged dialogue to enhance the well-being of affected children.

The programme was organised in collaboration with Sarawak Oil Palm (SOP) Foundation and Healthy Strides Foundation.

Distinguished guests, including Miri mayor, Adam Yii Siew Sang, alongside notable Board of Trustees from the SOP Foundation, Paul Wong Hee Kwong and Eric Kiu Kwong Seng, stressed the significance of community and governmental backing in healthcare progress.

Representing the global commitment to this cause were representatives from the Healthy Strides Foundation in Perth, Western Australia, Dr Dayna Pool, Victoria Wells and Caitlyn Keron. They highlighted on the international collaboration in pioneering interventions.

This presentation marked a pivotal moment in advancing therapeutic solutions for children with neurodisabilities, embodying collective endeavors to bridge divides and spur action for a brighter future.
