KUCHING: The Kuching China Trades Importers and Exporters Association is extending an invitation to Chinese business organisations and interested parties to participate in its trade delegation led by Tan Hock Beng to the prestigious 134th Guangzhou China Autumn Trade Fair.
This renowned trade fair, often hailed as “China’s No. 1 Exhibition”, is scheduled to unfold in three sessions from Oct 15 to Nov 5.
“The Autumn Trade Fair is anticipated to draw entrepreneurs from across the globe, all poised to contribute to the growth of the global economy and trade.
“Since its establishment in 1957, the Guangzhou China Spring and Autumn Trade Fair has grown into China’s oldest, largest, and most comprehensive trade fair, earning its reputation as a leading international trade event.
“The event provides a vital platform for China’s economy to engage with the global marketplace.
“This year, the China Spring Trade Fair will be hosted at Guangzhou, China at the Pazhou Exhibition Hall and will encompass a wide array of merchandise categories across its three sessions,” it stated in a press release issued on Tuesday (Sept 12).
The First Phase (Oct 15-19) showcases large machinery and equipment, small machinery, bicycles, motorcycles, auto parts, chemical products, hardware, tools, outdoor vehicles, household appliances, electronics, computers, communication products, lighting, construction materials, bathroom equipment, and more.
The Second Phase (Oct 23-27) features kitchen utensils, ceramics, home decorations, glass crafts, furniture, textiles, personal care appliances, watches, toys, gifts, souvenirs, and more.
The Third Phase (Nov 1-5) encompasses men’s and women’s wear, children’s wear, textiles, health care products, medical equipment, sports, leisure products, office stationery, footwear, and accessories, among others.
The press release stressed that the Kuching China Trades Importers and Exporters Association, committed to fostering friendly economic and trade relations with China, has made the China Trade Fair a central focus since its establishment in 1976.
