Issues faced by rural district offices to be considered

TELANG USAN: The Sarawak government continues to be committed in ensuring that district office facilities in rural areas are on a par with those in the urban localities.

State Secretary, Datuk Amar Mohamad Abu Bakar Marzuki said he fully understands the situation concerning the lack of facilities faced by the offices located at the interior.

“Therefore, I assured that all the issues raised by the district office residents will be considered so that it can be solved,” he said during an official working visit to the Telang Usan District Office here, recently.

He also expressed his gratitude to the officers who were able to carry out their duties with great commitment in the rural areas.

Meanwhile, Abu Bakar also announced the appointment of Ezra Uda as the new Telang Usan district officer who will report for duty by next month.
