Lauv set to perform in KL

AMERICAN singer-songwriter Lauv will be holding his first solo show in Malaysia in Plenary Hall, Kuala Lumpur, scheduled on September 7, at 8.30pm.

As part of the Asian stretch of “The Between Albums Tour” from August 23 to September 11, Lauv will also perform alongside special guest Alexander23 in Hong Kong, Taipei, Singapore and Manila.

Live Nation presale tickets will be available on May 4 from 11am till 11.59pm while general ticket sales will go live on May 5 from 11am onwards. “I’m so excited to return to Asia for tour,” the singer said in a statement.

“Every time I’m on tour in Asia, it’s such an adventure with amazing fans so I can’t wait to sing along with y’all to new and old songs.” Lauv is popularly know for making soulful teen pop anthems like “I’m So Tired” and “I Like Me Better”.

The singer has gained over 18 million Spotify listeners and over 2 billion streams globally.

Lauv has also collaborated with popular music artistes like Troy Sivan, Anne Marie and Kpop boyband BTS. The singer previously performed in Malaysia alongside British pop star Ed Sheeran in November 2017 during the Divide Asia Tour.
