Meanwhile, a shop owner in Pending said it was sad that there were people filming and sharing the situation on social media. “He is not in his right frame of mind and needs help, not ridicule,” she said and hoped that the authorities would take suitable actions. The youth was caught dancing on a car once.
When he danced in front of coffee shops, the shopkeepers would give him some cash and asked him to go away. “This is a never ending issue. He is still young and should not be roaming around and let people ridicule him,” said another shopkeeper.
