KUCHING: A local man was found dead inside a drain in Kampung Tunku, Jalan Astana this evening (Apr 11).
Kuching police chief ACP Ahsmon Bajah confirmed that they received a report from the public regarding the discovery at 4.27pm.
“The deceased is a 43-year-old man.
“The case is being classified as a sudden death,” he said.
Earlier, a 23-second video clip depicting the discovery of the body went viral on WhatsApp.
In the clip, the man was found headfirst inside a drain near a power station.
