MIRI: The ‘Juh Sungke Belia @ Miri’ event, organised by the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Entrepreneur Development (MySED) witnessed an impressive gathering of over 500 people at City Fan on Sunday.

The unique programme, held during the holy month of Ramadan, brings together youths and the local community, fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie among participants.

The highlight of the event was the communal breaking of fast, held picnic-style, which created an atmosphere of togetherness and friendship as participants shared a meal outdoors.

More than just a social gathering, the event served as a platform for youth to connect and forge bonds with one another.

The ‘Juh Sungke Belia @ Miri’ event was officiated by Minister of Youth, Sports and Entrepreneur Development  Datuk Seri Abdul Karim Rahman Hamzah.

During the event, Abdul Karim extended financial assistance to underprivileged children and victims of recent fires in Pujut and Tudan.

The minister thanked all involved in making the event a success, including organisers for their meticulous planning, volunteers for their dedication, and sponsors for their generous support.
