More food, drinks and electrical equipment for hospital

BINTULU: Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd today donated food, drinks and electrical equipment to the Bintulu Hospital.

The donation, under the Serba Care Team Programme, was presented by independent non-executive director of Serba Dinamik, Datuk Abdul Kadier Sahib to the Bintulu Hospital’s deputy director Dr Sivashunmugam Sangaran at the hospital lobby.

Abdul Kadier said the items were help the government fight the Covid-19 pandemic, particularly in Bintulu.

“We have contributed more than RM2 million to those in need, including hospitals throughout the country,” he said.

“Serba Dinamik  had previously held the CSR programmes at hospitals, clinics and for frontline workers and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in locations where the company operated  including  Bintulu, Kuching, Kota Samarahan, Miri, and Labuan,” he added after the handover ceremony. 

Previously, Serba Dinamik donated ten mobile phones to the frontline workers to help them with their daily tasks as well as food baskets to Covid-19 patients in the Low Risk Covid-19 Quarantine and Treatment Centre (PKRC) in Bintulu.

Dr Sivashunmugam thanked Serba Dinamik for its donation.

He said the donated items would be very useful for frontline workers and patients at the PKRC in the Bintulu Hospital.

Also present during the handover ceremony was Serba Dinamik’s senior vice president fror East Malaysia and Labuan Operation Zainulabidin Ismail.
