KUCHING: Members of the community visiting Naim Group of Companies’ Naim EduVista apartment show unit at Kota Samarahan gave ‘ thumbs up’ to the show unit.
The show unit was launched on site at Desa Ilmu (opposite The Summer Shopping Mall) last Friday.
Naim’s Head of Group Sales and Marketing, Tony Lau thanked community members for their support and urged those who have not visited the show unit to do so.
“The show unit will continue to be opened for viewing on Sunday (6 August) from 10.00am – 5.00pm, so please visit us,” he said.
Lau added that the main pull factor for Naim EduVista is that it provides a fusion of comfort and affordability, complemented by its strategic location within the vibrant Desa Ilmu.
A visitor identified as Tan shared similar opinion.
“I was happy with EduVista’s generous living spaces, which commence from 1,114sq ft. Another visitor identified as Bakri said the beautifully designed interior of the show unit gave him great interior design ideas.
“I have just three words to describe it – style in simplicity. The show unit’s ID was beautiful, with its soothing colours, furniture exuding a sense of comfort and warm lighting. It gives a feel of warmth, a feel of home. This is what I want for me and my family!,” he remarked.
Meanwhile, Lee opined with the large student population at surrounding universities namely UNIMAS and UiTM, Naim EduVista offers good investment proposition.
“As an investor, I feel there are good rental opportunities for Naim EduVista,” he said.
