KUCHING: The Sarawak Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) says an appeal for the Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR) is now being accepted.

The public can submit the form and accompanying documents via the drop box at LHDN branches, LHDN satellite offices and Pusat Khidmat Hasil (PKH) as well as all istrict offices.

Sarawak LHDN said the drop box service was created to assist BPR applicants who are having trouble making appeals online, as well as part of Covid-19 standard operating procedures.

The public are reminded to place the BPR appeal forms and accompanying documents in an envelope or staple them neatly before placing them in the drop box to ensure that the forms and documents are in order and do not mix with other appeal forms.

For convenience also, the appeal counters at LHDN  branches, satellite offices, and PKH are now open during the movement control order (MCO) 3.0, by appointments only, from 8am until 12pm.
