KUCHING: Police are requesting for the assistance of eye-witnesses to a hit-and-run accident involving a Perodua Myvi car (QAA2211F) and a Toyota Hilux.
According to a statement by the police, the incident involving the two vehicles occurred at Jalan Abell here at 12.30am on 16 April.
Based on a CCTV footage, the accident occurred when the white Toyota Hilux went out of control and crashed into the Perodua Myvi parked at a parking lot in front of a shop (RedZone).
Following the accident, the driver of the Toyota Hilux fled the scene and did not lodge a report on the incident.
