KUALA LUMPUR: The 10th PropertyGuru Asia Awards Malaysia has called on consumers to vote for their preferred, most trusted developers via the People’s Choice Awards.
“By voting for the People’s Choice Awards, Malaysians may give recognition and express their support for the developers they trust in,” PropertyGuru Group said in a statement today.
The voting period is from July 14 to July 31, 2023 inclusive. Votes are now accepted via AsiaPropertyAwards.com/en/peoples-choice-awards, the statement said.
The event honours 10 companies that deliver the Best in Trust, Quality, and Value for Money.
PropertyGuru Group said consumers stand to win special prizes by choosing the top 10 developers in Malaysia.
Voters may make their selection from the parent companies of projects that have been shortlisted as nominees.
The awards, held in partnership with iProperty.com.my, have carefully shortlisted developers for their exceptional performance this year in terms of quality of projects, brand reputation and the ability to deliver utmost customer satisfaction among other metrics.
The online voting comes ahead of the July 24-25 2023 live judging.
An independent panel of judges, comprising experts in real estate, design and related fields will select the winners of this year’s categories and the recipients of several special recognition awards, the statement said.
All winners will be presented during a gala dinner-cum-ceremony on Nov 24, 2023 at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur, the official venue of the awards.
The main country winners will advance to the 18th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final to be held on Dec 8, 2023 in Bangkok, Thailand with winners from Malaysia competing for regional honours among their peers.
Established in 2005, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards rewards high-calibre work within the industry encompassing property development, construction, architecture, interior design and sustainable building practices.
The series initially covered Southeast Asia but has expanded over the years to include regional markets in Australia, China, India and Greater Niseko in Japan. – BERNAMA
