MIRI: A 26 year-old motorcyclist was injured in a suspected hit-and-run incident yesterday morning.
The incident occurred at around 9.21am near Jalan Lutong , Kuala Baran Kampung Tudan
A Miri Civil Defence Force (APM) team, mobilised to the scene, helped to rush the injured rider to Miri Hospital for further medical treatment.
According to an APM Miri spokesperson, the motorcycle was allegedly hit by a car and the impact of the crash threw the rider off his motorcycle, causing him to land on the roadside.
