THE State Government is to develop the Permy 3 project in Miri. The RM5 million project will have 278 units of houses, hypermarkets and other facilities.
This was revealed by Assistant Minister of Housing and Public Health Dr Annuar Rapaee when replying to Piasau assemblyman during the question-and -answer session at the State Legislative Assembly sitting yesterday.
The fund for the project, now put on hold by the new Federal Government, was approved on Nov 10, 2016.
