TEBEDU: Tebedu International Bike Week 2023 is set to take place from July 21 to 23.
According to a report from the Sarawak Public Communications Unit (UKAS), Minister of Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts Datuk Seri Abdul Karim Rahman Hamzah is expected to officiate and perform the symbolic flag-off on July 21.
Following this, a coordination meeting of the working committee for the preparation of the Tebedu International Bike Week was held at Tebedu District Office, yesterday.
Chaired by its district officer Joseph Liaw, the meeting was aimed at refining the roles of each agencies and individuals involved.
Among the programme highlights are motorcycle exhibitions, the Miss Bike Week Pocket Bike competition, Drag Bike competition, karaoke live band competition featuring local artistes and also guest artistes from Indonesia and the peninsula.
The closing ceremony will be officiated by Tebedu assemblyman Dr Simon Sinang Bada.
