KUCHING: Zhu Sze Kung temple, a popular Chinese temple in Tabuan Laru here has lined up a series of activities to celebrate its deity’s birthday from 18 May to 20 May, 2018. The three-day event is also to commemorate the temple’s 9th anniversary.
A temple spokesman said at 6.30pm from 18 to 20 May there will be a Karaoke contest, performances by Folk Dance Troupe and Lion dance to entertain devotees and visitors. Vegetarian noodles will be served during the three days of celebrations as well.
Twelve Lucky draw prizes will be given out to the lucky visitors every night. Visitors may collect their lucky draw numbers after making their offerings to the deity.
Zhu Sze Kung temple extends its sincere invitation to all members of the public to the celebration, to pray for peace, security, prosperity, family harmony and good health.
