BINTANGOR: Two women sustained light injuries while another escaped unharmed following a two-vehicle collision along Jalan Jabai here last night (Oct 3).
A spokesman for the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) said firemen from Bintangor station were deployed to the scene after receiving an emergency call at 8.18 pm.
The accident involved a Perodua Myvi and a Perodua Alza that were travelling in opposite directions.
The injured victims were rescued out of their vehicles by passers-by before the Bomba team arrived at the scene.
Both of them were taken to the clinic for further treatment. The team cleared the road of the accident debris before leaving the scene.
