KUCHING: William Anut has been sworn in as a political secretary to the Premier of Sarawak.
The brief ceremony for the swearing-in was witnessed by Deputy Premier Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah Embas at Wisma Bapa Malaysia on yesterday (Nov 27).
He was appointed on July 1, 2023 and he will serve for two years.
William was an assistant education officer at the Sibu District Education Office (PPD).
Also present were Deputy Premier Datuk Amar Dr Sim Kui Hian, Chief Political Secretary to the Premier of Sarawak Fazzruddin Abdul Rahman and Deputy State Secretary (Administration) Datuk Buckland Bangik.
