MIRI: Non-profit organisation Wishesland Miri started its operations at Piasau Camp here last Dec 28.

According to a statement on Monday (Jan 17), it disclosed that children would start getting treatment at the centre and under Covid-19 prevention standard operating procedure compliance.

Parents of cerebral palsy children are to contact Wishesland Miri for relevant assistance and treatment.

“As we are still new, we need funding to purchase equipment and install other facilities.

“Due to the pandemic, we are unable to organise any fundraising programmes, and our cash flow has been severely affected.  We urgently need the public to assist us in either cash or in kind,” said Wishesland Miri president Eunice Ho.

“We welcome the public to join us as Wisheslander to help us in the events and activities carried out from time to time” added Wishesland Miri founder Katherine Chai.
