MIRI: The Bulatan Park extension project, which is sponsored by conglomerate Shin Yang, is currently ongoing.
The project included a 1.7km extension of the jogging track, disclosed Deputy Minister I for Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts Datuk Sebastian Ting on Monday (April 18).
Also present were Miri mayor Adam Yii and James Ling of Shin Yang Groups of Companies.
“Some facilities will also be upgraded such as the current deck and basketball court,” Ting said. The whole project will take two months to complete.
