MIRI: Members of the Lions Club of Batu Niah have re-elected Andy Jong Wan Joon as president to lead the club for the fiscal year 2023-2024.

Additionally, Andy Yong Khiam Hong has been re-elected as the secretary, and Caren Huong Sia Wei will serve as the treasurer.

The board of directors for the club includes immediate past president Alice Yong Choon Tho, vice-president I Yong Kiam Jee, vice-president II Wilson Ho Wei Chee, membership chairperson Alice Yong Choon Tho, LCIF coordinator Ting Ling, club administrator Samantha Yong Yin Sia, club service chairperson Liew Li Mui, marketing communications chairperson Alan Yong Siaw Chyang, and directors Low Mei Ping, Lai Yew Fung, Kong Siaw Yean, Jack Wong Tiong Meing, and auditor Cecily Tan Joe Mei.

The new board of directors will assume their roles from July 1 of this year until June 30, 2024. In his speech, Jong stressed the importance of serving those in need and encouraged individuals interested in such movements to join the Lions Club.
