SIBU: A dead man was found on the side of the road by members of the public and called the police to investigate.
At 9.24am today, Sibu district police received a report regarding a finding of an unconscious man on the side of the road at Jalan Tanjung Maling, Sungai Bidut.
Sibu OCPD ACP Zulkipli Suhaili said that the body was found on the roadside and fully cloth with no identification documents.
“Police on scene inspected both of the deceased’s arms but found no mark of BCG vaccine injection marks.
“There were also no signs of injuries to the body and no criminal elements or evidence were found at the scene.
“An autopsy on the body will be done to know what cause the man to die. This case is classified as sudden death,” he stated.
Zulkipli calls on witnesses, individuals, next of kin or employers who have information related to the incident or is missing a family member or worker to come forward.
