BETONG: Flash flood hit the Paya Udak Housing Estate, following heavy rain that started at 4am yesterday.
Betong Bomba officer Henry Jugah said the station despatched a team to monitor the situation after being informed about it around 8.40am.
Several roads leading to the housing estate were under two feet of water.
Several other low-lying areas prone to flash floods, including Semunok, are also being closely monitored.
As at press time, rain was still falling.
