“This relationship between the people and government agencies must continue to be strengthened, and for this, the Community Development Department (KEMAS) has to play its role,” said he said when officiating at the KEMAS4U Carnival held at Kampung Hijrah at Jalan Bako, yesterday.

He said the public should utilise all the services provided by government agencies at any government-related carnival.

Wan Junaidi said event such as this should also be organised in other villages so that the people there would benefit from the carnival.

“I am confident that through this event, the public will be exposed to latest information and services provided by government agencies. Besides that, this also shows that the government is keeping its promises, putting people first,” he said.
