KUCHING: Sarawak Service Centre at the Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) here is making some changes to its operating hours on Dec 31.
The adjustments are to facilitate the closing of the 2018 account.
On that day, payments of tax bills and land premiums will not be accepted.
Meanwhile, payments of assessment rates will not be accepted after 11am while the Kuching Water Board payment counters will close after 1pm.
