Chief Justice calls on Tun Taib

KUCHING: Sarawak Head of State Tun Pehin Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud yesterday received a courtesy call by Chief Justice of Malaysia Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima Richard Malanjum at Astana Negeri, Petra Jaya.

Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima Richard Malanjum is a Sabahan who was sworn in as the nation’s ninth Chief Justice on 11 July this year. This is the highest appointment in the judicial fraternity.

Also present during the call was the Chief Judge for High Court of Sabah and Sarawak Datuk David Wong Dak Wah.
