BINTULU: The Bintulu Civil Defence Force performed a heroic rescue by saving a dog that had fallen into a big drain at Taman Jade Garden today (July 21).
The team received an emergency call at 1.20 pm about the incident and they quickly rushed to the scene.
When they arrived at 1.30 pm, they were informed that a dog was trapped in the drain and needed help.
Without delay, they put on special gear called Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to keep themselves safe during the rescue.
Using ladders and ropes, the brave rescuers went down into the drain and successfully brought the dog to safety.
