KUCHING: Coramax Property’s development has been praised for addressing various housing needs in Sarawak, catering to different segments of the population.

Deputy Premier Datuk Seri Dr. Sim Kui Hian appreciated projects like The Rise Residence and other developments by Coramax.

Dr Sim noted that they provide a lifestyle that many people aspire to have.

In line with the state government’s efforts to reduce carbon emissions, The Rise Residence will be equipped with EV Chargers to accommodate the increasing number of electric vehicles on the road.

“We are grateful for private companies like Coramax, which not only contribute to the development of Sarawak’s skyline but also cater to the diverse housing needs of the community, including the elderly. Additionally, they are playing their part in building a net-zero carbon smart city,” Dr Sim said during the official launch of The Rise Residence at Vivacity Megamall here today (July 28).

Coramax group director Alan Sim Yaw Yen said that 60 per cent of the residence units have already been sold.
