Udie thanks Sarawak government for the donation of heavy machinery

BINTULU: The Sarawak Bumiputera Entrepreneurs Chamber (DUBS) Bintulu is one of the branches selected to receive a donation of two units of heavy machinery from the Sarawak government.

In expressing gratitude and thanks to the Sarawak government, especially Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg, DUBS Bintulu Branch chairman, Udie Entiga hoped that his members could take advantage of the donation as much as possible.

“Hopefully, this heavy machinery will equally benefit everyone. What we have set out to achieve has been achieved,” he said when met by reporters after the ceremony to hand over two units of heavy machinery donated by the Sarawak government through DUBS Holdings Sdn. Bhd. at the Ummah Bintulu Funeral Management Organisation grounds, here on Saturday.

In the meantime, he encouraged entrepreneurs who had yet to become members of DUBS, to register as members to ensure that they could also enjoy the benefits of the facilities provided by DUBS, especially the Bintulu Branch.

This includes enjoying a 20 per cent discount on the rent charged for the use of the machinery involved compared to the market rental price of between RM140 – RM150 per hour,” he said.

So far, DUBS Bintulu Branch has more than 100 registered members with 60 of them active.
