KUCHING: Excitement fills the air as the Pandelela Rinong Aquatic Centre in Petra Jaya reopens to the public.

Minister of Youth, Sport, and Entrepreneur Development  Datuk Seri Abdul Karim Rahman Hamzah said the reopening of the swimming pool would bring joy to the community, especially for those seeking relaxation and quality time with their families.

“We anticipate that many people will be thrilled about the pool reopening, as it can serve as a leisure center for families,” he said during the press conference held at the Pandelela Rinong Aquatic Centre yesterday.

Aligned with the beginning of the holiday season, Karim believes that the reopened swimming pool will become a popular destination for parents looking to spend quality time with their children.
