MIRI: Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department director Khirudin Drahman @Hussaini early yesterday presented a cheque worth RM28,000 to Maria Suhaini, widow to PBK II Zainal Suhaili at Miri Fire and Rescue department quarters.
During his visit to Maria, Khirudin was accompanied by State Fire and Rescue assistant director PgKB I Tiong Ling Hii and PgKB I Law Poh Kiong, the head of Zone 6 Miri. He also presented a certificate of appreciation for the late Zainal achievement and his dedication while serving the Miri Fire and Rescue Department.
The late Zainal died on January 16 this year, following a kidney failure and stroke.
