Flying doctor services to visit six divisions starting Oct 17

KUCHING: The flying doctor services (FDS) is making its way to various locations statewide from Oct 17 to 26.

The State Health Department in a statement today (Oct 15) said the locations include Samarahan, Kuching, Sri Aman, Kapit, Miri and Bintulu divisions.

In Samarahan, the sessions are scheduled to be held on Oct 19 at Plaei Atas and Pedawan respectively, while on Oct 20 at SRK Tuba Tengah. The service on Oct 21 will be available for dwellers in Muding and Kpg. Ijok.

The FDS will be in Kuching serving those in Kpg. Bojong Sting and Kpg. Rejoi Nyegol on Oct 24; as well as Kpg. Muk Ayun on Oct 25.

Meanwhile, in Sri Aman, they will be at Rh. Bada, Ng Talong, Ulu Engkari and Rh. Nyandang, Ulu Akup,Skrang on Oct 17, while on Oct 18 at Ng Bawie, Ulu Lemanak.

In Kapit, the service will be at Rh. Achau and Rh. Layang (Oct 17); Rh. Ai Anak Jalin Sg. Entawau, Bena, Balleh (Oct 18); Long Unai (Oct 19); Sang Anau and Batu Keling (Oct 20); Long Jawe and Long Kebuho (Oct 21); Long Tanyit (Oct 24); Punan Busang and Lusang Laku (Oct 25); as well as Long Kajang and Long Abit (Oct 26).

As for Miri, FDS will deliver their service at Ba’Purau (Oct 17); Long Liau (Oct 18); Long Buken (Oct 19); Ba’Ajeng (Oct 20); and Long Kawi (Oct 21).

The flying doctors will be in Miri at Rh. Drick, Jelalong and Rh. Felix in Tubau (Oct 24); Rh.Robert and Long Biyak in Ulu Kakus (Oct 25); as well as Rh. Renang and Rh. Jaling in Sigu (Oct 26).
