KUCHING: Hope Place is providing support to 31-year-old Timothy Cornelius Dius who was involved in a tragic car accident earlier this year.

Timothy, who lives in Kg Sebatuh, Puncak Borneo with his family, is now bedridden and suffers from severe traumatic brain injury, leaving him unable to speak or move much, even though he is conscious.

“He currently live with his mother, Johnna, 65 years old who take care of him daily and his brother at their family home.

“Timothy currently is unable to speak or move much even though he was conscious. He is also on tube feeding,” said Hope Place in a press release today (May 1).

He requires expensive special milk powder supplements, which his family cannot afford as they are solely dependent on Timothy’s brother, who works as a security guard at a school, for income.

Timothy’s mother, Johnna, 65, takes care of him daily, and she also receives a small pension, courtesy of her late husband.
